Its Raining Cats and Dogs was established 30 years ago, and is based on Long Island, New York. My original boutique was located in beautiful Cold Spring Harbor, a beautiful victorian town on the north shore of Long Island in NY.. Many of our customers still remember it well.
We cater to the avid dog lover and also provide cats, horses and even bird jewelry! Our pieces can be seen proudly worn in the showring. Our jewelry is all handmade and handpainted.
